• How would you describe working with Flux Lab to another brand founder who has never used a formulation lab or contract manufacturer before?

  Working with Flux Lab has been a collaborative and flexible experience. The team are approachable, solutions-focused and hold a wealth of knowledge in both manufacturing and most importantly developing unique, brand aligned formulations.

• What made you choose Flux Lab over other manufacturers you considered?

  What stood out to us was the flexibility, lower MOQs and willingness to work with brands at different stages of growth. It gave us the opportunity to validate new products without needing to overcommit too early.

• What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision working with us?

  When we saw how quickly the team could adapt to our needs and move with the pace of our business, it gave us confidence we had chosen the right partner. For a growing brand, having that agility is incredibly valuable.

• What impact have these products had on your business since launching?

  The products developed with Flux have helped us continue expanding our range in a considered and commercially smart way. Being able to test, launch and reorder efficiently has been a real advantage as we grow.

• What was your biggest fear or concern before starting the formulation process, and how did that play out?

  One of the biggest concerns was finding a manufacturer who genuinely understood the clean, non-toxic direction we wanted to maintain. It’s been refreshing to work with a team that is open-minded and willing to explore what’s possible within that space.

• What would you tell a friend who’s about to launch their first product and is considering working with Flux Lab?

  I’d say choose a partner who is flexible, responsive and willing to grow with your business. Flux Lab has been great in helping us move quickly, particularly when demand changes unexpectedly or new opportunities arise.

• What has stood out most about working with Flux Lab?

  Ayla’s passion for new product development has always stood out. Her willingness to push for unique formulations and explore innovative ideas that still align with our clean, non-toxic brand ethos has been incredibly valuable.
